The Gunnery, Tarvin, Cheshire
The Gunnery Bar & Restaurant is situated in the village of Tarvin near Chester, it takes its name from the Gunnery family which established themselves as Grocers in 1820. The business is now run as an upmarket Deli with a relaxing Bar and Restaurant that serves all day.
C&C Catering Equipment Ltd designed, supplied and installed the entire Kitchen area as well as some front of house equipment whilst working closely with proprietor Davin Harris to ensure the project ran smoothly.
"The installation was particularly challenging due to the fact the Kitchen is situated in the cellar of the building and can only be accessed via narrow winding stairwells and therefore our only access for the equipment was via a small barrell drop located at the front of the building" noted C&C Project Manager; Andrew Pace, "We had to resort to using a winch and pulleys to lower the equipment in, sometimes only having centimetres to spare!"
After successful completion of the project, C&C Catering Equipment Ltd were awarded a second project from Chef/Proprietor Mr Davin Harris to supply & install the catering equipment at the Gunnery's sister restaurant; The Ship Inn, Handbridge, Chester.
