C&C were appointed to supply and install the main kitchen, coldroom, servery counters and satellite dishwash pod for the 200 seat Source restaurant, as well as the counters and back bar equipment for a seperate coffee bar, seating 70. Catering design and specification for the striking facility was by catering consultancy Coverpoint, with interior design by architects KSS.
The scheme was shortlisted in for the Cost Sector category of the CEDA Grand Prix Awards.
