Old Trafford's new North East and North West Quadrant stands, built to a demanding schedule by Laing O'Rourke, add seating for 7,000.
The catering complex spanning seven floors and designed by Tricon Foodservice Consultants boasts five kitchens, six restaurants, nine bars, many hospitality suites and eight concession outlets. C&C project managed, supplied and installed the entire £950,000 catering infrastructure - including kitchens, ventilation, coldrooms, bars, cellars and back-bar equipment.
C&C's track record at Old Trafford includes installing the disabled fans' catering suite, concessions in the North Stand and VIP Press Room facilities in the South Stand.
