As part of a considerable £20 million expansion of its Knowsley warehouse and call centre, QVC employed consultants Cini-Little to design a new 245-seat assisted service Bistro restaurant to replace a small cafeteria.
C&C was selected to install new kitchen equipment, refurbish and replace some existing kit and equip the long counters in the U shaped servery area - perfect to offer even better catering facilities for the 2,000 members of staff onsite. Employees can now choose from hot meals, a deli, made-to-order sandwiches or even 'grab and go' snacks from 8am to 10.30pm daily. They also installed and built a separate kitchen for staff who prefer to prepare their own food.
