 The lavishly restored Grade II* listed facia building now has a lo

wer ground floor production kitchen in a new extension. It provides silver service menus via a 'Butler Call' system to numerous hospitality suites.

C&C supplied and installed the catering equipment, cold rooms, air extraction hoods, wash-up facilities, stainless steel surfaces and hygienic wall finishes.

Extreme precision was required to fit stainless steel panels and marble finishes into the irregular brick catacombs in the Deli and coffee bar.

The team on the complex project also included catering designers Tricon Foodservice Consultants and architects Squire & Partners.
