Restaurant Twelve
Twelve Restaurant is situated in Thornton-Cleveleys housed in a former dance studio next to Europe's oldest working windmill. Yet despite its traditional location, Twelve is very much on the cutting edge of the Fylde dining scene. With a focus on modern British cuisine and a contemporary, minimalist design C&C was contacted to create a kitchen perfectly tailored to the requirements of the restaurant.
After an in-depth consultation C&C created a detailed kitchen design and complete fit-out that was meticulously designed and made the best use of the space available. The works, with a value of £65,000, have optimised the equipment levels and layouts within a fairly confined, although expanded kitchen space, including the removal and reinstallation of an existing walk-in chiller and the creation of a new wash-up area.
In fact the chef and proprietor Paul Moss is so delighted with his immaculate new kitchen that he ran guided tours of it on the re-opening night!
