C&C successfully tendered to design and install the main kitchen serving the brasserie-style restaurant, with a further kitchen in the upstairs conference suite. The main bar was also fitted out behind hand-built carcasses.
Previously, C&C had successfully upgraded the kitchens and counters in the self-service restaurant in Portmeirion village.
