C&C Catering Equipment Ltd. staff recently received their second batch of Kitchen Ventilation training from
the Industry Expert; Steve Cole. Steve, of Foodservice Ventilation Consultants, ran through the details of
DW172 regulations outlining the main calculation methods used in order to create a better level of understanding
and confidence within the company.
